The Android Gmail app has been updated to go with ICS, hopefully we will see this coming to versions lower than ICS in the future. Thanks for the review though!

WHY DOES PHIL BEGIN SO LOud and then end so quietly?…

pcamantea says:

this guys needs a volume leveling in his voice

chickenpoper says:

and android did not copy siri at all because it was an independent developer that made the app not google. Also whats your gamertag for ps3? do you have battle field 3? (my gamer tag is indodude1)

chickenpoper says:

Android is about to have quad core phones in about 1-3 months yet apple just got dual core. Apple can’t scare Google because Google’s too big and spread out of a company and not stuck to one thing. Besides all google has to do is change a few things and they will beat everything. And get this a developer made siri for android in eight hours… it’s called iris. it’s alpha right now but soon it will be just as good or better than siri( get it? siri(apple) iris (made by dev for android

2008PS3 says:

apple scares google too. with siri apple is giving google a run for their money as far as voice tech goes and we may soon see apple do away with using google maps because a year or two ago apple bought 2 map companies. it doesnt look like apple are going anywhere anytime soon. in fact i think the best is yet to come. i know google scares apple and apple scares google and thats a good thing because now they keep trying to out do each other and make our phones better and better

chickenpoper says:

You gotta admit though that without android apple wouldn’t of had the technology like siri because android scares apple. And it will eventually kill apple, same goes for Linux, eventually Linux will kill mac and windows. So 2-3 years from now (probably even sooner) everyone will have android.

2008PS3 says:

lol right on that last part. android hasnt really impressed me until ice cream sandwich. i prefer the smooth experience of the iphone and how well it works with macs (even though i dont have one) and the itunes ecosystem.

chickenpoper says:

I’m saying Google doesn’t feel like Crapple users can comprehend a good working app so they made the ishit iphone g mail app crappy. While on a good android phone it works flawlessly. Google is better than you and Crapple. I guess the only thing we can agree on is ps3 is awesome :/

2008PS3 says:

it doesnt have a damn thing to do with apple they didnt make the app and if you want to talk about a company being shit talk about google. they made gmail and they cant even make a decent app to run gmail on a phone. its going to take someone else to show google how their app should have been. this has nothing to do with apple or the phone its about who made the app because there are amazing apps on the iphone this just isnt one of them.

FatasMe says:

@PrEdAtOrZ97 to be realistic, Android copied iOS. When first iPhone came out, Android wasn’t even conceived.

akocern03 says:

it’s the old android G-mail app. a new updated version for ICS is going to come out soon,

rspecr says:

iphone 4s … S=Slow… LOL

chickenpoper says:

Well I’m sure the “app you deserve” is gonna be shit considering what the shit apple really is.

kosstheory says:

The Android app is headed this direction, actually. It is part of Google’s redesign. Looks just like the new Desktop Gmail.

uktinman says:

Wow so many childish comments, anyway the IOS app is never gonna be better than the android app cos why would Google want to. Looks like Google shouldn’t have bothered it looks crap compared to Androids and the IOS email client.

ZSh0ck says:

Worst. Comment. Ever.

Should I get QR Code or QR Code Unlock? The phone I’m using is LG E730 2.3.4″
if it’s incompatible, I’d like to know. Trail times up soon!
Help me please? :( ((

inogi339 says:

My email to Power amp support, can’t find answers from forum, later noticed the full version is incompatible. Why let me d/l the trial in the first place? Then have to rearrange playlists all over again? Power amp can play mp3 and mp4.but no audio?

misterthomas32 says:

thanks! But I listen a lot to Hip Hop so I think I’ll go for the beats.

j300a says:

Power Amp musicwise

j300a says:

Power amp , beats audio has overpowering bass but if your a basshead (love earshaking bass) you will like it. the beats audio only sound good with bass intensive songs(r&B and hip hip) so for other genres you will realise that your music wont sound good as the bass will drown out the clarity of the mids and highs

inogi339 says:

PowerAmp or Real Player? Which is better?
Thanks!

misterthomas32 says:

Can some1 pls awnser me? What sounds best: poweramp or standard music player with beats audio?

lordabomity says:

You don’t have to have them on the phones default lock screen since you can have the music player AS the lock screen, and slide the lock to get to get back to the music player, and if you locked the phone on the home screen it’ll take you there. But the phone only uses the players lock screen IF the music is playing. This music playing is so freaking awesome.

lordabomity says:

Bought poweramp for my Desire S a week ago. My phone is a music monster machine now. Seriously!!!

StickyS10 says:

I have not been billed monthly yet. I got poweramp nearly a year ago, and was forced to purchase the full version for $5 after an update. Still worth every cent in my opinion. I never used the default music player.

LilTortillaBoy314 says:

V2.0.4 still sucks! Lacking developer support for paying customers.

moktantyson says:

pause at 0:28 awesome

twoohhunoh says:

“seriously the difference is like night to a pineapple” idk why but that got me lmao

LilTortillaBoy314 says:

V2.0 sucks!!! Won’t load my songs and have not received any support from developer.

BEST MUSIC PLAYER. EVA!

proteanview says:

How does one stop PowerAmp from taking over one’s device as soon as one plugs in one’s earpiece? ;) I plugged my earpiece in & what I was listening to was switched to PowerAmp. I looked in settings but, true to all things Android, the list of settings and options and combinations and permutations was long, layered & convoluted. Is it possible to stop this device from commandeering what I’m listening to as soon as I plug in an earpiece?

XRaDer360 says:

GTFO

quadrilacious says:

is it worth the purchase? I ask this because a review on the Android Market said that there’s a monthly charge to use poweramp.

I hope that’s not true, because I really like the EQ, nice album art display and the ability to change to id3 tags of your files.
